Refund policy
At Klure, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Since we sell drink products, we take product safety and hygiene seriously. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns if the item is:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on drink products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or tampered with.
To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product
- A photo of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds or returns for:
- Opened drink products
- Used products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items returned without approval
- Orders with an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Items marked as final sale or promotional clearance
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Klure is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us, we may offer to reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply.
