At Klure, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

All orders are processed within 2–3 working days after your order has been placed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer than usual.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery usually takes 6–10 working days to arrive.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, customs checks, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Your total estimated delivery time is:

2–3 working days processing time + 6–10 working days shipping time

This means most orders arrive within approximately 8–13 working days after the order is placed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Klure is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order has been processed or shipped.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Although we do our best to ensure orders arrive on time, delays can sometimes happen.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the shipping provider where possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution where applicable.
